Not every piece of work starts inside your workspace. Bug reports come from customers, requests come from colleagues in other departments, leads come from your website. TskVlo now gives that work a direct way in — and once it has arrived, gives your team a faster start and more automation around it.
Public Board Forms
Every board can now have public forms. Open Board Settings → Forms, create a form, and pick the questions from the board’s own fields. Each submission becomes a new item on the board, in the group you choose as the form’s target.
You stay in control of what the form asks and how it behaves:
- Mark questions as required and add placeholders to guide people as they fill it in
- Show a question only when another answer makes it relevant, with conditional visibility
- Customize the submit button text and the success message people see afterwards
- Enable or disable each form at any time — a disabled form simply stops accepting submissions
People filling in a form don’t need a TskVlo account. They open the public link, answer the questions, and the result lands on your board like any other item — ready to be assigned, commented on, and tracked.
Embed Forms on Your Website
A form doesn’t have to live on its own page. The form details panel gives you an embed script that you paste into any website. Embedded forms use a transparent background so they blend into your page, and they resize automatically as their content changes — for example when a conditional question appears. Submissions still create items on the connected board.
That makes forms a good fit for contact and request pages, support intake, event registrations, or job applications.
Board Templates
Starting a new board no longer has to mean starting from a blank slate. When you create a board, you can now pick a template, and TskVlo brings over its fields, groups, and automations.
There are two kinds of templates:
- Built-in templates for common workflows: Sprint Planning, Project Tracking, Bug Tracker, Content Calendar, Sales Pipeline, Marketing Campaign, Hiring Pipeline, and Support Tickets
- Workspace templates you create yourself from any existing board — so the board setup your team has refined over months can be reused in seconds
Workspace templates are managed from the Templates page in board settings.
Smarter Automations
Automation rules can now handle much more of the follow-up work around a board.
New triggers: a comment is added, time is logged, a blocking dependency is resolved, a linked pull request or issue changes status, a schedule fires, or someone runs the rule manually.
New actions: create an item, assign people, send an email, add a comment, and set a due date — alongside the existing actions such as setting fields, moving items, archiving, calling a webhook, and sending notifications.
Manual rules can be run straight from board settings, which makes them handy for checklists you trigger on demand. Scheduled rules are tracked so each one runs exactly once for its scheduled time.
Form submissions also pass through automations, so a new request can be routed, assigned, and acknowledged without anyone touching it.
