TskVlo adapts to how you like to work. Every member sets their own appearance, and workspace owners and admins can give the whole workspace β including its public share links β a logo and brand color.
Personal Appearance
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar to open your Settings, then scroll to Appearance. Changes apply instantly and are saved to your account, so they follow you to other browsers and the desktop app.
Theme
Choose Light, Dark, or System. With System, TskVlo follows your operating system and switches automatically when it does.
Shortcut: the theme button at the bottom of the sidebar, next to the gear icon, cycles through the three modes with one click.
Accent color
Pick a custom Accent color for buttons, links, and highlights. Reset to default brings back the standard TskVlo color.
Surface style
A Surface style sets the color scheme for the background, panels, and sidebar. Light and dark mode each have their own style, so you can pair a warm light theme with a navy dark theme:
| Mode | Surface styles |
|---|---|
| Light | Default, Blue, Warm, Gray |
| Dark | Default, Black, Charcoal, Navy |
The picker shows the styles for the mode youβre currently in. To set the other one, switch the theme, pick a style, and switch back β both choices are remembered.
Board Density
Density controls how much fits on screen. Open a board and choose Density in the board toolbar (on phones, it sits behind the Options button):
- Compact β tighter rows and cards, more items at a glance
- Comfortable β the balanced default
- Spacious β more breathing room, easier on touch screens
Density applies to the Table, Kanban, Calendar, and Timeline views and is remembered in your browser. It has no effect on the Dashboard and Files views, so the option is hidden there.
Workspace Branding
Make the workspace recognizably yours β for your team and for everyone you share boards with.
- Open Workspace settings β Branding.
- Under Logo, click Upload logo and choose an image.
- Under Brand color, pick the color of your brand.
Where it shows up:
- Sidebar β the logo appears for every member of the workspace
- Public share links β shared board pages show the logo and use the brand color as their accent, so clients see your brand, not ours
Only workspace Owners and Admins can change branding. Other members can open the page but see a read-only note.
Tips
- Pick an accent color with enough contrast in both light and dark mode β it is used for primary buttons and links.
- Use a square logo or a compact wordmark; it is shown at a small size in the sidebar.
- If you share boards with clients, set the brand color before sending the first link so the page looks right from day one. See Real-Time Collaboration for share link options.
