Getting Started with TskVlo

Create your account, set up your first workspace, and invite your team in minutes.

Getting Started with TskVlo

TskVlo is a hosted service — there is nothing to install or deploy. Sign up, create a workspace, and start tracking work in minutes.

Creating Your Account

Go to dash.tskvlo.app/register and enter your name, email address, and a password. After submitting, check your inbox for a confirmation email — the link arrives immediately. Click it to activate your account and you’ll be taken straight to the app.

Setting Up Your First Workspace

After your first login, you are prompted to create a workspace. Give it a name that reflects how you plan to use it — for example “My Team”, “Client Projects”, or “Personal”. A workspace is the top-level container for all your boards and members. You can create additional workspaces later from the sidebar.

Creating Your First Board

Inside your workspace, click New Board. Choose a name and pick your starting view:

  • Table — spreadsheet-style rows and columns, good for structured data
  • Kanban — card columns by status, good for workflow tracking

Every board comes with a default Status field. You can add more custom fields immediately from Board Settings → Fields, or start adding items first and customize as you go.

Inviting Your Team

Go to Workspace Settings → Members → Invite. Enter the person’s email address and choose a role:

RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access including settings and billing
MemberCreate and edit boards, items, and fields
ViewerRead-only access — ideal for clients and stakeholders

The free plan supports up to 2 users (Admins and Members combined). Viewers do not count toward this limit, so you can share read-only access with as many clients or stakeholders as you need. Upgrade to Pro for larger teams.

Connecting Your AI Assistant (Optional)

TskVlo includes a full MCP server, letting you manage tasks directly through Claude or another MCP-compatible AI assistant.

To set it up:

  1. Go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Click Create Key and give it a name
  3. Copy the key and follow the MCP setup guide

Once connected, your AI assistant can create items, update fields, move cards, and query your boards using natural language.
