Every workspace now has its own Wiki — a shared space for documentation, playbooks, and institutional knowledge that lives alongside your boards without being tied to any single one of them.
A Nested Page Tree
Pages live in a tree: create top-level pages for major topics, then nest sub-pages underneath for the details. There’s no depth limit, so a page can grow from a single onboarding doc into a full nested handbook. Drag pages in the sidebar tree to reorder them or move them under a different parent.
Rich Markdown Editor
Every page is written in a rich markdown editor that supports:
- Headings and standard text formatting (bold, italics, links)
- Ordered and unordered lists
- Tables
- Images
- Fenced code blocks
Changes save as you type, so pages are always current without a manual “save” step.
Comments
Every page has its own comment thread, separate from the page content itself. Use comments to discuss a draft, ask a clarifying question, or leave feedback for the page’s author without editing the document.
File Attachments
Attach files directly to a page — reference documents, exported reports, diagrams, or anything else that supports the written content. Attached files are listed on the page and can be downloaded without leaving the Wiki.
Revision History & Restore
Every saved change to a page creates a revision. Open a page’s history to see the full timeline of edits, who made each one, and when. If a page was accidentally overwritten or a past version was simply better, restore it with one click — the current content is saved as a new revision first, so nothing is lost.
Deleted Pages
Deleting a page doesn’t remove it immediately. It moves to the Deleted Pages panel, where anyone with the right access can review it, restore it back into the tree, or permanently delete it. Permanent deletion is the only irreversible step in the whole flow.
Sidebar Entry & Workspace Search
The Wiki gets its own entry in the workspace sidebar, so it’s always one click away from any board. Wiki pages are also indexed in workspace search — search for a term and matching pages show up alongside matching items, so you don’t need to know in advance whether what you’re looking for is a task or a doc.
Per-Member Access Control
Wiki access is granted per member, separately from board access. Workspace owners and admins decide who can open the Wiki at all; members without access don’t see the sidebar entry and their search results exclude wiki pages. Members with access read and edit pages according to their existing workspace role — Members can edit, Viewers get read-only access — the same roles already used across boards, applied consistently to the Wiki.
